MAKHACHKALA, February 20 – RIA "Dagestan". The first vice-premier of Dagestan Ruslan Aliyev presented a report on the implementation of 42 regional projects under 12 federal target initiatives in 2025. The cash execution rate reached 99.8% of allocated funds, accompanied by a substantial increase in federal financing.
Notable accomplishments in 2025 included the delivery of 171 vehicles and 746 units of modern equipment to rural healthcare facilities, as well as major repairs to 76 medical buildings. In the education sector, the construction of two schools and six kindergartens started in the region, nine schools underwent comprehensive renovation and internet access was provided to 1,841 educational buildings. Infrastructure development included improvements to 23 roads totaling 142.3 kilometers, the modernization of 131 public spaces and the relocation of 162 residents from dilapidated housing.
Additional results were registered in agriculture, where export volumes exceeded the target by 7%, in ecology with reforestation carried out on 520 hectares and in culture with the renovation of 12 public facilities.
