MAKHACHKALA, April 22 – RIA Dagestan. Dagestan's consolidated budget revenues for 2025 reached RUB 218.1 billion, surpassing the planned RUB 207.7 billion by 5%, according to data presented at a government meeting chaired by Prime Minister Abdulmuslim Abdulmuslimov.
Interbudgetary transfers accounted for the largest share at RUB 151 billion (100% of plan), while tax and non-tax revenues totaled RUB 67 billion rubles, exceeding targets by 17.6%.
Expenditures amounted to RUB 217.7 billion or 99.5% of the allocated RUB 218.8 billion. Spending under state target programs reached RUB 201.3 billion rubles, representing 98.8% of planned allocations.
Prime Minister Abdulmuslimov urged ministry and agency heads to use budget funds more effectively, noting that unspent year-end balances reflect unresolved issues affecting quality of life, public safety and the region development.
